Weak evidence of consequences for crime -- sorta looks like it increased a small amount, but the finding is not robust to the checks to which it was subjected (you gotta check out that appendix). We conclude: no meaningful impact on crime

We find mixed evidence as to the character of this withdrawal. No real impact on hit rates. Positive impact on arrest rates. Reduced Black-White stop ratio. No impact on Latino-White stop ratio.
