Excellent article. Really hope that Paddy can kick on in the second half of the season. Due to the record of our left wingers, we probably hold everyone on the wing to a much higher standard and that must put extra pressure on him as the main option on the right for us. Love his response here.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. However, I am bias as I cannot stand the Die Hard films 😂

I’m sorry to hear that, man. I’m still there for my group chats with mates I’ve had for a long time. Seeing brutal and horrible things are becoming so frequent that I try and stay away from the timeline.

It’s bad on both sides. X is definitely dominated by one particular side though.

In the original post? Fair enough, that is your opinion.
December 11, 2024 at 5:23 PM
Again, I get the anger from the OP, I tend to side with the sentiment of the posts. I just think this approach creates a divide where reasonable discussion and debate can’t take place.
December 11, 2024 at 4:34 PM
What? I’m literally just saying I want less hostility and you’re accusing me of baiting? 😂
December 11, 2024 at 4:33 PM
I never said you were being hostile. I responded to the op.
December 11, 2024 at 4:27 PM
I’m obviously using it in relative terms. We are talking about this specifically, not horrific atrocities around the world. Why is that even relevant?
December 11, 2024 at 4:26 PM
I understood your point and I don’t disagree. However, my main point is about the hostility 😅
December 11, 2024 at 4:07 PM
I’m not disputing their political allegiance or the history of the hostile feeling. I’m against the hostility in debate. I think it’s possible to vehemently disagree with someone and coherently defend your beliefs without that.
December 11, 2024 at 4:07 PM
Again, I’m not against the tax. I just don’t think the discussion about it should be so hostile (on both sides).
December 11, 2024 at 4:04 PM
I’m not against the tax, I just don’t like the hostility. Also, in trying to prove your point you have said nobody pays it, immediately followed by a contradiction. My point is that I can understand their reaction to potentially having to pay something they haven’t before. I believe they should.
December 11, 2024 at 4:02 PM
I understand that, but I still don’t see the need for hostility. Especially when a lot of them have been conned into standing besides the likes of Clarkson.
December 11, 2024 at 3:39 PM
There will be many who haven’t paid it who came into ownership after it came in.
December 11, 2024 at 3:37 PM
Why is everything so hostile. I don’t think they should get away with paying nothing, but there surely are genuine concerns for some legitimate farmers. I’d probably protest if I was going to be taxed on something I never had to pay before too.

Excellent news 👏
