Always wearing a helmet. My sister slipped on a separate gravel road, stone penetrated and cracked the helmet. Mild concussion luckily only.
Friend cycled on a separated cycleway, no one saw why he tumbled, head hit the only marker stone in a mile. Brain bleed never regained consciousness.

Laut DJTs rechtsverständnis kann er dies per Dekret festlegen, das steht demnächst vor dem Supreme Court. Wenn das verneint wird dann geht es über den Kongress, was deutlich schwieriger sein wird.
