You comment on the case on FB and OMG the amount of hate you get. I've been called a monster, thug, predator, sick. They think a Trans person slips on a dress one day and want to be a female. They do not understand what they need to go through.

What i also dont get is the NMC is a public body just like the BBC. The BBC terminated the masterchef host for a racist comment he made 7 yrs ago. So what's the difference and why is the NMC not acting on this nurses comments?

I think about it every sept. This case just shows how toxic it is and how they get away with it. I can't see why the NMC dont see the red flags.
