Also they are not hampered as the US is with crackpot religious beliefs. Large halls full of evangelicals watching an arm waving person on a stage raving about the end of times. The Chinese are better educated and just get on with transitioning to a cleaner world.

He quite quickly has become a dud PM, I suspect the only ambition he has is to be in the job longer than Howard. He will try to hang on by doing as little as possible and not doing anything that might frighten the punters. Good luck with that Albo.

This government seems to be slowly deteriorating. Albanese is the problem, he seems to be almost paralysed with no positive direction. We laughed at Morrison having 5 ministries but the way Albanese overrides his ministers, stopping good policy (eg gambling reform, tax), is that any different?

If we want to go nuclear it should only be fusion when that becomes available. Could be a while though. In the meantime let's continue with renewables. Fission is stupid.
