I've had a Social Security ID Me account for a while, so the new restrictions *shouldn't* apply to me. I went through the process twice this morning, doing what amounts to three-factor authentication in my case, and it says that I can't access my account, contact SSA - by phone. Seriously?!

I held off applying for Medicare until I had passed the 6 month mark after donating to my Health Savings Account (HSA). I just tried to reopen my partially completed application and the website now says "we're sorry, but you can't apply online." WTAF. I'm supposed to retire on 4/11. Yikes.
