Definitely #2! What about you?

Surely you’re joking, Mr. Cohen!

Nice! Next trend will be inspired by your post: „1 startup per year“ instead of „12 startups in 12 months“

I‘d love to see a behind-the-scenes of those first 0-24 months of successful SaaS products. Like what did the customer interviews look like, how did they get customer interviews, what did the first mvp look like ...

I wonder why slack is already making so much money :D
April 25, 2025 at 8:03 PM
That’s the dream dude. Slowly getting back into a similar routine (minus the surfing). Routine is 100% my productivity booster as well

Do you think 1 solo tech founder has greater chances of success than 2 tech founders?
April 24, 2025 at 9:47 AM
Any specific small business niche youre targeting?
April 24, 2025 at 9:33 AM
Two questions:

1. do you have some example websites built with Zlytch?
2. how did you come up with the idea?

Looks much better!

I block out time every morning *before* my day job. And then if I’ve got time&energy I work on nights and weekends as well. But the must-have is before work, it’s one of the first things I do and therefore ensure that it gets done.

What are clear signals in your opinion?
April 24, 2025 at 7:11 AM
Hmm, what do these people consider boring nowadays? :D
April 23, 2025 at 7:29 PM
Ah and the 3 followers I have on X are bots. Bsky are real people.
April 23, 2025 at 7:12 PM
But I feel boring industries also often have the worst customers. Lawyers, accountants, dentists … everybody uses those examples as great boring niches to build in, but imo those are terrible customers.
April 23, 2025 at 7:09 PM
Niiice! Congrats, first customer always feels amazing 🎉
April 23, 2025 at 1:09 PM
Makes me think about Tim Ferriss talking about how he used podcasts to market his books, as it was an overlooked channel back then. Maybe bsky is like this. Not necessary for marketing your product, but for connecting with folks online.
April 23, 2025 at 9:01 AM
… it feels like bsky is a much better place for having conversations and connecting with ppl.
April 23, 2025 at 8:58 AM
I feel like for most, it’s vanity productivity. You feel like you make progress on your business, but you actually don’t 😅
April 23, 2025 at 8:10 AM
Have you also tried marketing HypeDesk as a „fun way to market your startup“ instead of „no budget marketing“? Would be curious to hear how that went
April 23, 2025 at 8:08 AM
Yea 100%. In fact, most successful entrepreneurs I personally know aren’t active on their private social media accounts at all.
April 23, 2025 at 8:06 AM
😅 I get that it’s marketing copy, and I would lie if I said I’ve never written something along those lines.
April 23, 2025 at 8:05 AM
Signed up as well! I like the idea of hypedesk a lot, I’ve been thinking about ways to gamify business-building. What’s your biggest challenge with hypedesk currently?
April 23, 2025 at 7:26 AM
1. Get inspired to build something
2. (optional) Talk to a bunch of potential customers
3. Get good (enough) feedback for me to build the thing
4. Launch and do a bit of marketing
5. Fail to get enough people to use it / get paying customers
6. Loose motivation
Repeat
