Do yourself a favour and stop over-consuming sugar. It causes thinning hair, sensitive itchy skin, can cause blindness, thickens your blood which contributes to stroke and heart attack, affects the kidneys, and creates issues with your feet mostly due to circulation. Sugar is not your friend.

I can and do drink socially although rarely. Recently when i was at a bar with friends i looked around and when i saw the different levels of inebriation i realized how lucky i am that alcohol is of less than zero interest to me.
