Only MA could field an army of 20k in 24 hours, which Gage knew, and that’s why he was concerned with them getting artillery - then he’d have to deal with a field army.

MA was an anomaly - one that other colonies couldn’t replicate, even when they tried

Apparently there are still 45 minutes left in the series after Yorktown lol. I think the pacing might be a bit chaotic...but I'm not watching yet, will do that when I'm completely awake

I had one on the Charlestown ferry with me once. Seemed happy to be out of the cold

Who knows! They've seen them though in movies, tv, and photography.

Literally reading "Car Country" for class today and learning how early on motorists made accidents pedestrian's faults was eye opening.

Lots of historiography people do not like him because he tends to gloss/lump. I'm assuming that other documentarians have some issues with him because they haven't been as successful or able to do their projects cause attention goes to Burns. This probably didn't help: variety.com/2023/film/ne...

You wouldn't think 15 years in technology would mean that much, but damn.

I still use a microfilm machine regularly alongside bluetooth tech, so my brain is just confused by their narrow exposure lol

It is probably partially that, but also the frequency and which airlines have the most planes at each hub. Boston was getting a number of newer and smaller companies coming through, though a lot of those seem to be teetering these days.

I'm making myself worse about it cause if there is something I get a gold star in, it is self-doubt fueled stress. I'll make it through...just need to see what she thinks of my preview and how I might salvage it.

I don't know what it is about this prof that puts me on edge. But its been this way the entire semester. I like the lecturer, but my sp is just so particular and rubs me the wrong way.

Hopefully I can make it through with a passing grade, and I'll never ever ever taking class with her again lol

Wait, there were other options???

Also, there was a piece on Today this morning about "holiday calendars" and it made me oddly annoyed lol I haven't been to church in years

This is amazing, I'm assuming Chicago?

Oh, I've looked at the Scotland editions a lot, but the cost is so high.

I've been trying to get into one at Gather Here, but they are wicked popular right now. Which is great, but makes it difficult for me to figure out what I'm doing incorrectly.

I really need to take another quilting class, but in person this time. My brain understands the concepts, but it often goes to pieces and wonky when I put my fabric on the machine lol
