FYI - The Senate rules require 60 votes to pass this sort of resolution. In the House, the Republicans were able to use the "Nuclear Option" rule that Pelosi put in place when they had the majority. No such option in the Senate. Democats wanted too much and WH called their hand.

Diane Arbus had significant issues with depression which got worse as she aged...the "the price of genius" some people have called it...but it's just truly sad what it does to brilliant minds.
