Thank you so much for creating great designs for so many characters! Since all these years that had passed, they are so recognizable! 💖

In addition to their great designs, each unique in their own way, I like how Cyrus, Lambert and Aquilo look at Volga's silly face for how “little smart” he is.

But I especially love how Aquilo's design reflects that seriousness and toughness of his altitude and also action in combat.

So I would say it's the confidence I feel to respond to an artist rather than a particular piece. I find it easier to write to an artist with few followers than one with thousands because I feel shy to post a comment.

There are times when I feel more motivated to comment on a piece of art when the artist in question encourages their followers to write their comments and read them, even if they don't respond to all of them.

So sad to hear that. I hope and pray for you and your family to be able to pass through this pain soon. ❤️

Pero eso es lo mejor, los coloquialismos xD

So, if you can't find an English-speaking audience that fully grasps what the picaresque is (though you can still try), you already have an audience whose literature has been inspired by this tradition for centuries to this day. 👍

Here in Hispanic America, there is familiarity with picaresque works such as Lazarillo de Tormes or El Buscón, and of course, Don Quixote goes without saying. Also, though not as abundant, there are some works that adopt picaresque traits or show the genre's influence, like El Periquillo Sarmiento.
