Can you erase notes from them?

I've always wanted to get some music boxes & remove most of the notes with a Dremmel... convert the often saccharine music into some form of minimalist noodles

i planned to camp in Catlins but forecast was a bit sketchy so i ended up staying at Whistling Frog, which was ok... Loved camping at Kidds Bush, top of Lake Hawea... Same on last night at Robin Hood Bay in Port Underwood
Catlins was great but needed 2-3 days to explore more!
Next time...

spent 4 hours in there...

while playing &recording waterphone i had 5 visits from tourists, but while recording creature vocals & other weirdness: none!!

maybe planned obsolescence?

i got a cordless vac & it worked well at first while (6-12months?) & never well ever since... but similarly i have at least 6 drone batteries that all are EOL, wont charge... Have to wonder about battery life of cordless vacs

it also amuses me that two brands were mentioned, with same issue & solution... but mine is a different brand, starting with D.
And yet, exact same issue, and same solution!

And is likely the source of all problems!

thankful for the random youtubers with enough free time & frustration on their hands to walk me thru the fix!
