I’ve been thinking the very same and I am hoping that the arrogance and deceit mean that he and his supporters will get their comeuppance sooner rather than later. Suspect there will be an uncomfortable year to 18 months ahead.

The regular AI tools will spit out the same thing for almost everyone that uses it to write an answer to a question or essay. They don’t have the capacity for uniqueness. We won’t even need plagiarism software to catch them.

It’s a bit like online translators. Most people can’t use them effectively, especially learners and end up producing obviously AI generated translation.
