It’s so striking just how little (self) awareness these reportings seem to include about the actual policies that are being discussed. Even for things I know are less familiar to Jpns folks like rent control, just a tiny amount of research would show them that it’s been around for a long time!

こう言ったらいろいろ語弊があるかもですけど、〈アメリカ〉の、〈民主党内部〉の、しかも単なる党員のお兄ちゃんとかじゃなくてニューヨークの市議会選挙に3回当選してる人ですよね。左派は左派でもいろんな枠の中にはまっているわけで…そういう状況の中の「急進左派」って結局なんなのよ、とツッコミたくなったりして。
