I've realized how important it is to maintain peace of mind．Sometimes，life presents us with challenges，and its easy to feel overwhelmed or frustrated．
I believe that when we take steps towards what trully bring us peace，we can live a more fulfilling life．

I'm turning 70 next year．Recently，I met some senior classmates from high school． and I asked，“Has anything changed since you tuned 70 ？“ They said，“Nothing changes．Everyday is fun“
I thought，“Really nothing changes？“ So I decided to start something myself．

But as time passes, sometimes we forget there feelings. Now that I'm older, I realize It's my turn to give love back. I think It's important to show love to the peaple close to me, starting with kind words.

Recently, my daughter safely had her baby，and I feel so relieved．I receive so much love from the baby．It makes me realize how amazing peaple are how precious life is，and that everything is about love．
