It's still in Switzerland and 5 other countries. Romania is the only one I know that adopted it and got rid of it later

Fin fact about the nutri score in Europe. Very few countries actually have it implemented, it was in Romania too and one day it got removed for "misleading customers view on products" and every store that had nutri score products ran discounts to get rid of their stock so you got a lot for cheap.
