How is this even happening? Its only week one....

Just time and understanding. My parents never understood and were hard on me for it. Still are. So support goes a long way.

It gets better. I diddnt realize this had a name. I am pretty sure I have this. Only until the past 3 years have really branched out and things arnt as difficult. Most foods are still a huge no for me though. Its a struggle. I'm 35.
