I decided to start 2026 off with a fancy af meal for dinner.

A medium rare petite filet with baked potato on the side. After seasoning the baked potato with salt, pepper and butter, I then smothered it with lobster bisque.

Soooooo good!

And going a little deeper (sub-reminder?), Congress set this up as a chain of trust with the states (much like the Post Office) to verify your identity and status as a citizen or LEGAL FOREIGN NATIONAL.
The person applying for an identification document must provide documentation of the person's full name, date of birth, and residential address; a Social Security number or documentation that the person is not eligible for one; and documentation that the person is a U.S. national or a foreign national legally present in the United States.

In SC, we have own own Foghorn in Gov McMaster. I always got more of a Mr. Haney vibe from Kennedy especially after seeing his ‘call a crackhead’ campaign ad when I was visiting Baton Rouge.
