Your definition of "person of the year" is clearly not in the same realm as Time's, who must be sick of explaining how their award doesn't mean what the other 8 billion of us think it means.

The problem is that this T-word is supposed to be worse than another T-word, Traitor. Sedition is just as bad, if not worse, but the country has mostly refused to hold seditionists to account.
