If I cant sleep I either use lavender balm on my temples or an antihistamine. Both work really well.

I got some, with permission, from the garden of a house that was being demolished a few years ago. They are a delightful addition to my front garden.

We have the same problem in the UK. Constantly opposing the building of incinerators. Stopping the manufacture of single use plastics and going back to biodegradable food packaging would be a massive help in reducing the waste that is destined for an incinerator. Good luck .

Serums are such a delight. Mine are covered in bee's and other pollinators.

In Poole hospital the only vegan option was the soup. Lunch and dinner with dry bread. Extremely disappointed.

I didn't read that at all as patronising. I read it as, it's not just the youth that are up in arms. Elders, in general have less to lose. No boss to worry about, no mortgage payments to worry about. The fact that this protest is punishable at all is ludicrous.

It took me some time to enjoy Tofu and see how versatile it is. As has been mentioned, it's a vehicle for flavours. When you find a recipe or recipes that you like, we'll it's a game changer.

Im delighted for you. Do you keep testing it see if it really is pain free?. I know i test my back on occasion, and thank my lucky stars that it is calm in a moment of suspicious disbelief.
