Feeling bad missing the last two workouts so struggled to force myself back into my schedule.

Will say glad I did tonight. I may not be growing bigger, but I am toning up and the visual reminder of seeing it in myself is always a great encouragement.

First Monday of a new month and no meetings today means I get to be comfy cozy in my union suit while working on spreadsheets all day at home in this bitter cold.

Had a great time heading to our local gardens today with the partner. Was such a perfect day.

It's been too cold in Florida these past few days. Who hasn't paid the heating bill? Least the sun's out!

Another ho-hum workday, but it's freezing in Florida so that means flannel weather. Really love the days I can parade around feeling like a lumberjack. Only get so few these days.

Long workday Friday. Did nothing but stare at my screen and numbers for 7 hours straight, and now it's time to work out. Exhausted and don't want to do it but once done it means I'm back in my 3 workouts a week Routine. Gotta restart somewhere!

Long day ahead in office staring at spreadsheets and schemas trying to make sense of numbers. There's not enough coffee in the world to keep me focused right now...

Had the amazing opportunity to go to Epic Universe the other day. Really stunningly visual park. The roller coasters were top notch.

However the Constellation carousel stole a bit of this bull's heart.

I always love the opportunity of a holiday party, especially when it'smy company paying for the food and drinks!

Also first time with a silver glitter beard. Normally I do green and red. Guess I shouldn't shy away from my Daddy years I'll make a great salt n pepper 😂

Today's #TBT is to remind me of all the holidays in the past where I glitterfied my beard. Looks great in photos, not so much in the bathroom afterwards. Debating if I'll do this again for my company's holiday party or not.

Gotta love the easy work days before the holidays. No calls I gotta be on and working from home means I can be as comfy as possible while working. Gotta love it.

#TBT to Fort Lauderdale Pride this year. The first time I finally conquered my own social anxiety and went to a Pride event. Had a blast in the warm summer sun at the beach, pool parties, and dance clubs galore.

Really missing that beautiful warm sun today in my ice box of an office.

One of my clients we do business with has a mascot of a bull. I've been slowly putting together a bullpen of my own of their mascot to help talk through things at work.

As you can see these bulls are always hard at work.

Trying to get a new style going with my hair. I never had it this thin on the sides. You can definitely see some Grey's doing this.

I really wish I could give more height to my hair on top though. Make it look more mane like but alas, the years be thinning my hair and not my waist.
