However one thing was out of place.. The man's head was covered with a white furry bunny's mask. It completely surrounded his head. Obscuring his face from view.

He saw an immaculately dressed man walk by. He sat up curiously to get a better look at him. He nearly fell back in surprise when he took the man's full image into view.Dressed in mourning white a man walked by not too far from him.

He blinked finally and turned lazily, taking notice of the beautiful but ominous flower.

“Mama..please” a desperate disembodied voice cried out around him.

He groaned as he tried to get his bearings. Suddenly rustling was heard and he glanced towards the noise.

Wei Ying laid in a field of Red spider lilies. His arms were crossed almost as if laid to rest. His silver blank eyes were open. They stared blankly at the shifting clouds. The clouds crept along the sky lazily.

Lwj carefully read over the list of rules and scoffed. This was ridiculous. According to the rules, someone in the class is cursed or dead and must be shunned by the whole class or else everyone will die one after the other. Even the teacher has to do it.. even if it was true he isn't dead..

come on a-cheng, don't be like that, "wei ying protested as the boy led him away. Nice huaisang frowned and glanced their way before digging into his bag and slipping a piece of paper to lan wangji. Once he was done, he left him alone quickly. The paper read "curse of room 303"

OH, come on, we dont even know if it's him, " Wei Ying pointed out exasperated. "Just before he arrived, you were all shunning me, remember? Yet now it's change to him instead, and still nothing has happened. "
"Yea...yet.." another boy muttered. "I am just glad they stopped targeting you"

Nice to meet you, Lan Wangji. " Wei Ying smiled as he leaned forward almost flirtatiously, causing LWJ ears to turn red. He was about to call him shameless when a boy dressed in a green sweater and holding a paper fan came over to pull at WWx's arm. "Wei Ying remember the rules"

I mean you silly" The boy laughed. Lan Wangji frowned, pointing at himself. "Yea, you." he nodded as he played with his ponytail, which was held up in a red ribbon. "No, i don't mind." Lwj shook his head. The boy smiled and sat down in front of him. "Name's Wei Ying"

a few days in, though he was surprised to see a new face in front of him and smiling at him. , he actually acknowledges him. "Mind if I sit here?" he asked a bottle of milk in hand. Lan Wangji frowned, looking behind him and to the side. He couldn't have been talking to him, right?

He found himself struggling to make it through the days. Eventually, he started to give up on trying to socialize and just make it through each class and focused on his homework, and just passing the class. which was hard to do when even the teacher ignored him.

The whole class was strangely pretending he didn't exist. They weren't giving him work or even looking his way. What had he done to deserve being shunned? He found himself confused and isolated. He knew it was going to be hard moving to a new school but not like this.

He grew somber and patted his nephews head gently, only offering one small piece of advice. "Don't ignore the rules regardless of how strange they may be." he wasn't sure what he meant till his first day in class.
