Got to episode 12 of the X Files, the Firestarter one, and I'm excited to see a story with a proven supernatural character that can't immediately be explained away by science or an outside POV, cause it further grounds the show in the unexplained.

The original Prince of Darkness, Bela Lugosi reinvented the character of Dracula from a cunning monster to a sympathetic, debonair villain. That model has held through decades, the use of his native Hungarian accent included, not just for Dracula, but all vampires.

The costuming in Bram Stoker's Dracula is unmatched though. A perfect blend of historical accuracy and whimsy. Stunning and orher-wordly but believable for the story.
