Just had an incredibly good meal in Madrid. I know its known for good food, but this place wasn't Michelin star/fancy, it just somehow made burrata, squash, cucumber, and sunflower seeds evoke jamón in a texturely incredible way, and I will be thinking about it for years. Plus soba noodles & tuna?!

But then we won and the Rainiers are now PCL champs!!!! So all in all a pretty awesome final PCL game for this year.

Oh this is your sausage roll then! Lol actually this spice mix came out really nice. Here's the recipe (ignore everything about the puff. No need to roll it, just unfold, put sausage mix in the middle third and roll the pastry around it, cut to however many you want to make):
