This story needs a comment from whoever is in charge of the investigation into the police shooting death of Ryan Hinton indicating the investigation is ongoing/determination has not been made if the officer was justified in shooting Ryan, or not.

The info about Hinton filing the lawsuit against CPD and the sheriff isn’t correct. Clyde Davis, Hinton’s atty has told other media outlets Hinton did not file the lawsuit, and he doesn’t know the person who filed it on his behalf. WLWT and the Enquirer have both don’t stories on that fact.
