It was great to see all ages, ethnicities, LGBTQIA+, and differently able people calmly and enthusiastically rallying for our country! A crowd that looked like Amercia. A diverse, equal, and inclusive country. I'm energized & ready for action.

Went for a run outside for the first time in ages! I took Poppy, who enjoyed a brisk walk, drafting behind my slow running. I was was rewarded with the sight of this beautiful great blue heron!
