If you let DC residents vote, they'll elect a Black mayor—or worse, a QUAKER.
The white mothers of the nation would be forced by circumstances to be lowered to the lowest level, by inter-color marriage. To give a vote to the District you would have; a black Mayor, a black Council, a black Governor, and a black House and Senate of D. C. Your judges, police and heads of departments would be black. And when I say black, I mean black, yellow, mulattos, communists, jews, quakers, for the above said races advocate the inter mixture of the colors. The President's "civil-rights" setup is the goal of communism, and Romanism a menace to civilization. It is the vilest of anti-civil rights. And I appeal to every Anglo-Savon to oppose such subversive polit- cal propaganda, a preamble to another election!!!!
