When Meesh Davignon heard about a disabled chicken who needed a family, she was all in. The little Malaysian Serama chicken, who Davignon named Nubz, had lost his toes to scaly leg mites.

After posting a video of Nubz walking in his slippers online, some said they wanted to add to his wardrobe.
A chicken was missing toes. People sent him over 60 pairs of tiny shoes.
“It’s surreal to have so many people love my tiny little chicken,” Meesh Davignon said of her pet, named Nubz.
