Agree, I usually listen to the previous day in the morning so I love Fridays because I can listen live!!!

Switching helped me sleep better and not be such an anxious spaz so I guess that’s a good thing! I do have coffee every now and then just not all morning like I used to. Why you ask? My mother is a health nut constantly suggesting things that are good for me 🙄 I occasionally give them a go!

I have been irritated by backer inners since I began driving. I actually started to type out a post to you but couldn’t succinctly express all of the reasons why I despise the practice and I was getting annoyed just thinking about it so I bailed and deleted the draft.

I also enjoy Triscuits and like that they have different flavors, for a cheese board tho I prefer some boujie overpriced toasted bread varieties from Whole Foods or Trader Joe's!
