Oh my! I didn't realize the Australian CDC already has a website: cdc.gov.au 🎉

It's technically the interim CDC, as it's only due in January 2026 (if all goes to plan).

PubMed had some disruption in adding records this week, apparently recovering on Wednesday with over 9,800 records in one day. But if you have a Plan B for critical searches, maybe start using it... 1/2

It's the 4th anniversary of the day I lost my son, Adam. 💔 This is him at a rally in 2010, up high, wearing the black. His example stirred my conscience, making me braver and more vocal. It still does.

She worked to progress women in science in Japan, including helping found the Japanese Society of Women Scientists in 1958. After retiring from RIKEN, she gave monthly science seminars to women for 15 years...
