Is anyone aware of any projects in the UK to reduce domestic water use when it's raining lots - in order to reduce the likelihood of our combined sewers overflowing?
A bit like a voluntary reduction in the use of hose pipes in the summer..? Or people choosing to use less electricity at peak times?
