After weeks of faffing about with it and procrastinating I am finally calling my first ever colour portrait done.
Full disclaimer I had trouble getting the skin colour right so I ended up colour picking off the reference photo.

After watching @viyaura.com‘s latest video I had to try the lollipop tutorial for myself and it turned out so cute!
Might try the other tutorials she showcased, too. They all look like a lot of fun to draw.

Much harder to achieve a realistic look with colours/transparency than just black and white. But I also didn’t want to spend as much time on these as I did on the spoon. Considering it was just a quicker doodle these don’t look too bad I guess.
