I'm gonna be honest I don't like pokemon I find the combat boring hence why Platinum and Arceus took me months to finish, this one was phenomenal though, I love this combat system and I hope to see more in future legends games, this one is def my favorite pokemon game oat

Read it all again to watch the movie and holy FUCK is it good, the music and animation and voice acting was on point at all times, I like the movie format specially since nowadays they're doing a lot of that "replay anime episodes and sprinkle in a new one" bullshit

Deadasss only played it cuz of the whole Miku x Pokemon deal particularly Kanaria's song (Champion), also helped that I absolutely adore Garchomp so this being the game it got introduced certainly made me want to play it more. And despite not vibing with Pokemon I do want to play more games lmao

2nd ever Pokemon game I manage to beat, honestly some of the mons here were straight up Nazis like Yanmega and Froslass spamming double team, the Cynthia fight was fucking wicked and felt awesome to beat, complete difference to the pushover that Geeta was in Scarlet
