Also, my favorite place was the Chicago Cultural Center. They were between exhibitions but the building itself was absolutely stunning.

Craggy Gardens in WNC
One year post hurricane Helene. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to get the BRP back up and running! So many people were so happy on the trail! We saw happy faces! And the climbing trees made all the kids so excited 🌳

So grateful our public lands are safe (for now). Don’t let your guard down. From left to right: Lake Santeetlah, butterfly at Big Snowbird Trail, thanking a tree for her oxygen and beauty at Big Snowbird.

This man really does not understand that his job is to represent the people in his district. Does he really believe this or does he think his constituents are morons?? *** he would never win if not for illegal gerrymandering

Thanks to all the USForest Service who helped to get our forests & trails back!
For those not in WNC - there are still many beautiful places that are still not accessible due to surrogate Helene. Mount Mitchell, highest peak on the east coast and my favorite Craggy Gardens.

Adhered a crazy hail storm two weeks ago. Most of us are still a little traumatized from Helene. This was scary!
