And, as promised… a picture of something I am grateful for, anytime I post about something political. This picture shows me with a couple of running buddies when we went to the Big Bend Ultras near Big Bend National Park.

I have decided that anytime I catch myself doom scrolling and/or post something political, I will follow it by posting something I am grateful for.

I am beyond grateful for these two critters who have such beautiful souls, they make me proud to be a mom.

What the heck? Both Google Maps and Apple Maps have modified the name of the Gulf of Mexico! Have they no shame? This kind of nationalism is not only ridiculous… it is frightening.

Welllll, now that Zuck has decided fact checkers are going away and he wants Facebook to be more like X I will slowly be moving my content here. Hoping more of my friends and family will start showing up here as well. Until then, here’s a picture of my dog. 😜
