So why target the FAA if they were already a rubber stamp organization?

1. P2025 says regulators don’t need to exist and,
2. With an incompetent staff at OMB, broad, ill considered actions are their equivalent of rocket science.

For none of those reasons. I believe they voted for rump because it would piss us off. Consequences are not their thing.
