It's painted foothills from heavensward that takes that award for me, but if i'm thinking the worst zone music in XIV, it's the labyrinth, not sure what happened there.

So like since all they did was just increase levels and adjust some movesets, the actual result is that you as a player get like close to double the exp from the original difficulty so harder is actually easier
