this controller keeps getting better and better, a firmware update for it (and steam update i believe) added full steam input support for it with gyro working!

finished modifying the controller to my liking.
replaced the triggers with OEM gamecube controller triggers, replaced the c stick so that it looks more correct for a gamecube controller (this however required stick calibration as the stick stem is thicker)
sadly the OEM z button was not compatible.

My new controller is almost perfect.
it is for sure my perfect switch, gamecube and n64 controller (it also has steam input and xinput support, however only steam input and switch input are wireless)
yes it has dual Z buttons (shoulder buttons) and it has dual action triggers! 👀

SSD in my dock started overheating due to the temperature (30c) and humidity (95%) while on vacation, I bought a nice temporary solution for €2 😂

Yesterday my one of my steam controllers died and I went to change the batteries and it was in this state.
The battery was not old and was pretty much fused with the pole.
Luckily I managed to clean it up and it still works 🎉
This controller is irreplaceable atm for me.

These 2 characters are standing in shade in a brightly lit street, the driver has no idea how to handle this situation specifically for the engine used in this game.
Have not run into it this bad in other games yet.

Us at Bazzite are very excited.
I do however wish that you shipped to Norway, finding a laptop i will be happy with for a very long time that is just somewhat repairable is getting increasingly difficult 😅

Final build, sadly the usb could not be added to the vertical slot as the cable was 2cm short 😭, it is now between the GPUs instead.

My old main PC is finally getting an upgrade from Threadripper 1920x to Ryzen 9 9950x
But damn, I will miss all those pcie lanes.. But don't worry, I will make sure every bit of IO and every pcie lane on the ASRock x679E Taichi will be used.
This includes the optional usb2.0 ports that they include
