oh shoot ya that does not work out, in that case you need to get into your router settings and set the printer's wireless as static, the issue with wifi printing is you need to add the IP in the router and LOCK it. then you need like use printers settings to aim at that router, is a bit of a task.

its easyer to set it via eathernet cable, plug the printer to your router, and use the network print feature on your windows desktop to print to printer wired or wirelessly, also handy if your wifi on your phone is connected to your router at home as you can print direct to printer

the thing with the Disk drives they have the FULL C64 chipset and cpu in em, most common fault be the PLA chip which is the #1 failure on all these units and the C64 itself

im in the same boat, i have stacks of vintage games i wana pull out and store on safer media as these floppies are soo old i have found a few failed ones. plus im on borrowed time as my old 1541 drive is on its last legs due to overheating. i fixed it before but its not stable.

so many, i have a MAD stacks of em all sizes, 1.44mb, 720kb, 5 1/4 REAL floppies for my commodore and cassette tapes, minidisc carts, and i even have a Branoulli drive for the Mac SE30
