For those that don't know, Sarah had the look years before Samus updated to what we see today. Now of course, Samus made her debut in 1986 with Metroid and Sarah in 1993 with Virtua Fighter. But in terms of design, Sarah's design was actually inspired by Sarah Connor in T2: Judgement Day.
