So in my experience, the most effective approach in cities, suburbs & rural areas, is to define SUCCESS BY CONTEXT. Common sense, really — the answer can’t be “one size fits all.” Not if you want credibility.

Also, I'm not aiming my comments at you in particular, however, the decisions council is making is costing everyone, especially within the greenbelt. With the centre subsidizing the burb & some very questionable land use decisions.

IMOH, the root cause is the Harris years/amalgamation & downloading. We should be pressuring the prov politicians & leadership contenders to fix the broken tax system, so that prty tax is not so heavily relied upon. Ppl will leave Ont if this continues, we will be forced out.
