Two years ago today our glorious George (on the left) left us to begin his journey over the rainbow 🌈….we miss him every single day …..he made it to 13 years …his brother Walt is still with us going strong with his dodgy ticker at 15years and a month ….

We went for a stroll this arbo ….2.8 miles ….and all at the bottom of our street ….so was the right decision to move back….and we’ve seen the kids, grandkids, family and friends loads already so win win!

We went for a stroll earlier this week at the end of our street….shame old Walt the Westie can’t do it anymore…..he’d love the sniffs …we thought though a bottle of wine n a sit in the summer will be lovely! 👍🏻

Always hard for an old boy to change his surroundings …our old Walt is almost 15, quite blind and very deaf ….however we think he might have just settled after two weeks ….bless his paws!

108 years ago today, my great uncle Fred was killed in the second battle of Arras..tonite I’ll be sitting in my back garden enjoying the sun thanks to his service-thank you doesn’t really seem grateful enough…..thank you though great uncle Fred and we’ll see you later this year
