I have been separated from this man for almost three years now and the way my stomach dropped at this message coupled with a voice note sent me straight back to the worst parts of my marriage. PTSD alive and kicking.

Not really. Getting rid of my bf's ex-gf was like scraping wet dog shit off shoes with lots of tread. I definitely had a few moments of jealousy but I think @3ofdiamondsgrey.bsky.social would say I handled it alright, all things considered.
