I don’t want to be all, fuck I’m good, but my sourdough starter already has bubbles and has risen after her second feeding.

I feel like a god damn scientist.

In the last year, we’ve had about four birds get into our house. A house with six dogs and two cats is not the ideal home ffs

Is it illegal to put my sourdough starter (which I started from scratch yesterday) and my yeast bread dough together? Will they talk to one another? Will they fight? 🤣

This is the only warming spot in my house so they’ll need to figure it out.

my favorite Entenmann’s cake is the banana crunch. They discontinued it a few years ago.

I have a solid banana cake recipe that I’ve made for years that calls for a caramel frosting. It’s always given me Entenmann’s vibes. So I decide to make a crumb topping and add a little chocolate drizzle
