This is an amazing BBQ place that isn't jsut giving out a few free and discounted meals, they went to the local highschool to get 1000 smoked thanksgiving turkeys out to families for free.

Don't ever use the push in wire connectors on outlets, even though it's fully within code it relies on a spring to provide contact with the wire. Springs wear out, just use the screw terminals, which will not wear out.

Forty hour pork belly has been started. 165f sous vide, coming out on Saturday morning, going into an ice bath to get down to under 40 then getting applewood smoked at 225 until it's back up to 165.

Everyone needs to actually read the pay plan. I mean this genuinely, the goals they are setting for him are impossible to hit and if he manages to hit them he'd deserves the money. He would need to grow the company's value by one whole Google plus one whole Microsoft.
