Lola had a good spay. She's able to bust out of all cones. She is fine with the soft cone if she can just be held but the second she has to walk, she's pulling it off, so she's now in a onesie. She's very adorable and very disgruntled with me. 😭 Just a few more days girly!

Lola, the avacato, is ready for her spay surgery on Monday. All that's left is to pick up more kitten Churu and wet food for her post-op.

She is! She goes limp every time I pick her up. She squeaks right now. She doesn't actually meow yet but I'm sure Mochi will teach her that in no time. They are already cuddling together.

Sorry for being MIA life has been throwing me some curve balls that I did not anticipate. However, my favorite curve ball so far has been that the cat distribution system has decided that our family needed a tortie baby. She's adapted quickly and absolutely adores her giant abductors.

Kojima is also good at letting beauty shine through during turmoil. Even in the dark places of the game, he finds a way to show beauty in it. The death stranding series has been a beacon of hope during dark times for me.

It begins! Very hyped to continue the adventures. It's fun seeing the hideout being in the American southwest. Ocotillo, sage brush, dust storms! It's interesting playing in the same climate I live in.

Sorry for the chicken scratch, the one in purple ink is the birria, I hadn't finished writing out the recipe but you'll want to cook it in the slow cooker for about 10 hrs or till it can be shredded! That's when you'll know it's done.
