Through two quarters in 2025, Corcoran's New College has paid them $55,000.

Joe Gruters, Sydney Gruters's husband, was investigated by his own party when $80,000 went missing from Florida Republican Party coffers while he was party chair.
Gruters is an accountant by trade. Makes me awful nervous these two are so close to that $55 million endowment.

As a Jewish student who currently attends two different CUNY schools, this is nonsense. They're really aiming at something else here than the target they're naming, and it's not benevolent.

I wonder why they would want to limit outside oversight, as schools with civic centers such as theirs are set to receive preferential treatment in federal funding.

These civic centers have their finances locked up pretty tight. Voucher programs, too. Seems they're all buddies. Maybe all this DEI, this ideological warfare, assault on colleges...is just about...moving money though through channels with certain shields and tax protections??

Then they don't have to file 990s, or show what they're doing with they're money, right? No taxes as religious institutions? $270 million endowment, or $1.1 million per student...that's a biggggg number. No accreditation? Hmm...that's a neat, dark pool of money.
