It’s because one guy keeps getting accolades while the other gets bypassed- despite his ridiculous performance. Never forget, Lamar got the pro-bowl nod over Allen in 2021. It gets tiresome.

He had 3 straight years being in an offense that had absolutely nobody but him. He faced stacked boxes like no other player. So yeah, Lamar has moved the boxes he’s facing down a little but but it’s still top 4 in heavy boxes in the league. And the Emmitt Smith comparison is 🤣.

How much better is the OL? Maybe a little. Sack numbers are just as much a QB stat as an OL stat which is another mark in Allen’s favor.
