For large flat surfaces I always recommend Preppin' Weapon. I also adore the Mirka line of hand sanders, including the Roundy series for more versitile hand sanding

90 minute combat sparing seminar with Mr Rosa flew by this weekend. Learned a boatload and got plenty tired but managed to still be smiling at the end of it.

One of the things I learned when our washer died unexpectedly last year is that washing laundry is enough of a pain that it's one of the only machines that's permitted in almost all Amish communities
