Someone else pointed it out but at least at this angle the scar is just one line away from being a lockmart logo. I don't think it's a stretch to think it's the intention

computer things should be big and chunky! the black mesa remake especially should have a lot of neat props to look at. alien isolation is also very good since it leans heavily into "cassette futurism"

hl alyx has some good examples to look at for smashing together computer with biological (basically put brain in a cool container and tadaa you've got memory banks and USBs)
